Samverkan mellan behandlingshem och beroendecentrum i södra Sverige : en kvalitativ intervjustudie om samarbete och synen på varandras arbete
Sammanfattning: This is a study with the aim to look into and illustrate the cooperation around the care for people with substance abuse in a city in the southern of Sweden. The study is based on a qualitative interview study with empiricism from five coordinators from two different rehab centers, one social worker working in a hospital and one nurse with coordinating tasks at the same hospital. The analysis is based on the empiricism divided in ten different headlines, and the theoretical starting point is a number of concepts from new institutional theory, Bourdieu's theory about doxa and the concept of different time rhythms in social work. The study discusses different angels of cooperation and how to define, model and solve problems that appear in the daily work between the rehab centers and the hospital. The study also relates to previous research about cooperation and how to organize the swedish health care around people with substance abuse by looking at communication, differences in status and different point of view in certain problems. The conclusion of the study is that there are a number of factors that affect cooperation in a lot of different ways, and the study aims to illustrate these factors so that we have the knowledge about this in the development of the care for people with substance abuse.
