Staten och klimatrörelsen. En jämförande studie av Fridays for Future i fyra demokratier
Sammanfattning: The study aims to evaluate climate movements in four different democracies in order to determine what impacts their choice of strategy for political influence. Movements can choose to either be disruptive or conventional. An internal set of variables through resource mobilisation, and an external set of variables through a theory of state relationship with social movements are examined through the global climate movement Fridays for Future in Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom and Norway. The factors that impacted the movements differed in the different countries where Norway was more influenced by the state openness and the other three countries by resource mobilisation and the importance of member participation.
