Sammanfattning: Date: 2021–06–03 Titel: The pandemic's impact on the organization's CSR work Level: Bachelor thesis in Business Administration, 15 credits Authors: Elin Qvist Emelie Jansson Hannah Persson 19970409 19960325 19990711 Tutor: Magnus Hoppe Purpose: To investigate potential changes in organizers CSR-work as a result of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Research question: How has organizations CSR-work been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic? Method: Qualitative comparative study with six semi-structured interviews from six organizations in different industries. Conclusion: The tactical CSR-work during the pandemic has been forced to change, much of the work has been focused on the employees. Strategic social responsibility work has not changed as a result of Covid-19. External communication is more difficult during the pandemic, being forced to adapt to the authorities' recommendations. The internal communication lacks crosstalk and spontaneous social interactions, which affects the employees' ability to act as representatives for the organization's CSR-work.
