Sammanfattning: This study examines the social phenomenon of Naked Attraction and its significance in our society, rather than its relationship to established parameters in our society. The approach in this thesis is to try to understand Naked Attraction from the perspective of our civilization's attitudes towards public nudity. The study is based on a qualitative case-study method with analytical theories of nudity and the civilization process. Firstly, we conclude that the media regulations regarding public nudity in our time have been rewritten. Secondly, we understand this as due to the functions that are built into both our contemporary relationship to public nudity and mediated nudity. Finally, we see that this framework represents a new type of legitimate public nudity that serves an important and highly positive function.
