Implementering av individanpassat brandskydd: Uppsala brandförsvars medlemskommuner

Detta är en Kandidat-uppsats från Lunds universitet/Avdelningen för Brandteknik

Sammanfattning: The purpose of this thesis is to put forward a method for collaboration between the fire and rescue service and the societal functions, with the aim to implement measures so that fewer people in risk groups are injured or killed in fire. Following research questions are answered in this thesis: What does the work with individualized fire safety at the rescue service and the social functions look like today? How can the work with individualized fire safety be developed and improved? The research questions were answered through a literature review and an interview study. Interviews were conducted with rescue services working with IFS and community functions that meet people in risk groups. A proposal for a working method for how Uppsala rescue service and the member municipalities should work with IFS was analyzed through the framework Consolidated framework for implementation research (CFIR). The conclusion of the thesis is that the first thing that should be done is to anchor the IFS ́s work politically through governing documents and guidelines. The working method that is proposed includes a fire checklist within home care and housing support and directed home visits done by the fire department. An important conclusion of the thesis is that the work with IFS is based on the consent of the individual and that the individual's personal integrity weighs heavily.
