Lean is also about people; and sustainable HR practices play an important role in the success of lean transformation. This research examines how sustainable HR practices enhances lean manufacturing. And the effect of these practices on lean manufacturing. The results showed a direct relationship between training as sustainable HR practice and employee retention.
