Inter-rater reliability was calculated using Intraclass CorrelationCoefficient (ICC) from 20 speech therapists’ assessments of 10 fictitious patient cases.Good validity, with significant improvement of CVI between expert panel assessmentswas achieved. Good inter-rater reliability was measured from the patient cases. Theresults show that the Swedish translation of IDDSI is of high quality and can be used forconsistency recommendations to people with dysphagia.
