Hållbarhet med atrium : Studentbostäder på Campus

Detta är en Uppsats för yrkesexamina på grundnivå från Mittuniversitetet/Avdelningen för ekoteknik och hållbart byggande

Sammanfattning: In this degree   project, an existing proposal of a new building will contain both student   apartments, but also offices to be reviewed and improved. This building will   be established on the eastern side of Mittuniversitetet in Östersund Campus. The   effort is to try to find a better solution to the existing proposal using the   atrium as a central point for the social sustainability of the building.   Using the calculation, energy calculation and architectural program, three   proposals will be made. These proposals will then be compared to each other   to determine the best design for this building. The design that proves to be the   best has a clever solution to how an airborne corridor runs through the   entire building along with the atrium. The atrium will let in a lot of light   to the residents and will give a comfortable sense of community and desire to   interact. This design also has 30 percent lower energy consumption since the   atrium reduces heat supply during the summer. The work focuses on the student   apartments to be produced and the price from calculations does not report costs   other than the body. The offices planned in the building are reported only as   an empty space. The result shows that one of the proposals proposed is about   one million Swedish kronor cheaper to produce than the other atrium buildings   and has a 30 percent lower energy consumption then a standard house. The   thesis also shows that there is potential for the proposed proposal to be   cheaper in operation and thus earn the extra production cost that an atrium   building implies.
