Lundalänken - En planeringsprocess i nutid

Detta är en Magister-uppsats från Lunds universitet/Statsvetenskapliga institutionen

Sammanfattning: What is planning? It is easy to see planning as something who happens between decisions and implementations. But planning can also be viewed as decision-making. There are many different forms of planning. Judith Innes and David Booher say that there are four types of planning especially important. These forms of planning are included in most, if not all, policy processes accordingly to them. The models are The Technical Bureaucratic Model, The Political Influence Model, The Social Movement Model and The Collaborative Model. My purpose in this paper is to examine if these forms of planning affect and how they affect the policy process included Lundalänken. The results showed that all forms of planning were in the process but an important part of planning was the interaction between The Technical bureaucratic Model and The Political Influence Model as they legitimized each other against the planners who practice the Social Movement Model. The collaborative planning is present in the policy process, but the planning is not as open as Innes and Booher want it to be.
