Att få jobb som nyexaminerad socionom - avseende påverkansfaktorer som arbetslivserfarenhet, ålder samt könstillhörighet
Sammanfattning: The aim of this study was to examine whether there was any significance regarding of work experience, age and gender in the recruitment of newly graduated social workers, 24 of 30 communities in Scania, southern part of Sweden, which participated in our survey. To perform our study we used a combination of quantities and qualitative method consisting of an online web survey with closed and open – ended questions where respondents justified their answer. To investigate this we have used theories as intersectionality, social constructivism and structural perspective. The survey showed that the variables of work experience, age and gender had a significant role in the recruitment of newly qualified social workers. It was also noted in the survey that personal qualities to fit in a workgroup can be a significant factor.
