Det gränslösa arbetet som gymnasielärare : En studie om gränsförskjutning mellan arbete och det övriga livet.

Detta är en Kandidat-uppsats från Linnéuniversitetet/Institutionen för samhällsstudier (SS)

Sammanfattning: Companies, institutions and authorities are increasingly restructuring their businesses to adapt to a changing environment and working conditions are becoming increasingly looser, more indefinite and perceived as more boundless. Earlier general and more stable working time rules, norms and agreements for organizing the work have begun to be dissolved or transformed and employees must increasingly initiate, plan, implement and take responsibility for their own work. This may mean that the work is perceived as more varied by the employee, but also as more complicated, more stimulating but perhaps also more demanding, more personal but with a reduced community, more focused but more cohesive and insecure.   This is a qualitative thesis conducted at the Linnéuniveritetet by Fredrik Hallberg that, through the use of grounded theory, examines questions about what affects the balance between the work of school teachers and their leisuretime. In the study, a total of seven teachers have been interviewed and the material has been analyzed and processed through a theoretical framework in the form of grounded theory.
