Sammanfattning: Worldwide Climatic variations are dramatically causing food insecurity, especially, in terms of food production. This study designs an economic model to analyze the inferences of climatic variabilities in defining the food security of the Pakistan. Historical data from 1991 to 2020 is used to check these imbalances in food security status of Pakistan by applying an ARDL approach. To investigates the food security in Pakistan, this study used Wheat Production as proxy. This study concluded that the increasing minimum & maximum temperature and irregular Rainfall pattern due to global warming are the major climatic factors to affect the food security of Pakistan by reducing the Wheat Production. However, the finding of this study also revealed that an increase in the land area for wheat cultivation may found supportive in improving food security in Pakistan by increasing the Wheat Production of the region
