Rytmik, lärande och reflektion: Elevers insikt om reflektionens betydelse för det egna lärandet
Sammanfattning: Title: Eurhythmics, learning and reflektion. Student insights on the significance of reflection in their personal learning experiences. The purpose of this study is to find out how students reflect on their learning process in eurhythmics and how this in turn affects their overall learning. The interpretation and analysis of student responses will be used to further the development of eurhythmics, providing input to the current scientific literature existing in this field. Additionally, one of the aims is to contribute to the development of methods for reflection in practical subjects. The study builds on Vygotsky's learning theories and further development and from a socio-cultural perspective. The study itself is qualitative, with research being conducted by the interview method. Nine eurhythmics students at the high school level took part in the study. The results showed that students have great insight on how reflection has significance for their own learning. However, they lack training in reflection and think they have too little time to do so. Reflection is something that consciously happens mainly when students encounter difficult tasks; reflecting together in a group can be an advantage. One conclusion is that reflection is a positive influence on student learning. Reflection also has a great importance in formulating what the student experiences. The ability to articulate what you have learned, what it is good for, and why you do it is very important. Formulating unexpressed knowledge is a challenge for everyone involved in the aesthetic subjects. Continued efforts in developing the field of eurhythmics is important.
