Sammanfattning: With this essay, we hope to contribute to an understanding of the complex situation many of our future colleague’s face on a daily basis. The purpose of this study is to examine the experiences of preschool personnel regarding the reporting, silencing, or avoidance of addressing violations within the preschool's operations, and the significance of different loyalties and conflicts among preschool educators, principals, and guardians in such circumstances. The study primarily focuses is on incidents of violations of children that preschool staff has identified within the preschool. A qualitative methodology was employed to conduct the present essay. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with three preschool teachers and three nannies, all of whom were selected based on their relevance to the chosen topic. The study's results indicate that loyalties and conflicts have a significant impact on whether violations are reported, silenced, or avoided within the preschool’s operation.
