Med samverkan som arbetsform : En kvalitativ studie av medarbetares upplevelser av samverkan mellan tre skilda myndigheter inom verksamheten Krami

Sammanfattning: The aim of this study was to examine the employees experiences of the collaboration between the probation service, the social service and the labor office within the organization Krami. The study relies on six qualitative, semi structured interviews with two employees from each authority at two separate Krami offices. The organization aims to guide and help persons with former criminal backgrounds and/or drug abuse to finding, getting and keeping a job. The theoretical frame which this study is based upon consists of the new institutional theory where we used concepts from Ove Grape (2006) such as domainconflict, domainconsensus, domainclaim and integration. The result of the study shows that the co-workers experience that it’s in the interest of every participating authority within Krami to collaborate and that they share a mutual need of each others particular competences to achieve effectfull results in the work towards the clients. According to the co-workers experiences we found that the key elements of a functioning integrated collaboration within Krami is partly to integrate the different authorities’ goals and aims in to the cooperated organization and for the co-workers to adopt the consequence-pedagogy as an approach when they work towards the clients.
