Basaltkuppen : ett spel om mineralogi och petrologi

Sammanfattning: Basaltkuppen is the result of a project whit the purpose to design an entertaining game which can be a study help for the students at the institution of geology at the University of Lund. The aim was a complement to the already existent course literature and lectures, which can be used as an complementary teaching method and simultaneously promote different ways to learn. To success with the formulation of educational questions relevant for the course has the course literature Earth Materials (Klein & Philpotts 2012) been used, but also the book Portrait of a planet (Marshak 2012). To get an understanding about the importance of the educational teaching the book Universitetspedagogik (Elmgren & Henriksson 2013) has been studied. The game pad is created in the computer program Photoshop and the cards with the questions are created in Word.
