Sammanfattning: Abstract In this work, ten articles will be presented where their common denominator is the curriculum in relation to the subject religion and how the subject is put into practice with a focus on the Swedish compulsory school. Text analyses have been made to distinguish the result of the various articles on which the work is based on. The curriculum must be non-denominational but at the same time rest on a Christian foundation, which therefore becomes a question of interpretation. The result show that religious education should be neutral and objective, but that external factors can affect the teaching.
