En oväntad resa : En undersökning av graffitin som konstform och kultur mot bakgrund i kulturarvsbegreppen och kulturpolitiken

Sammanfattning: This is a study about graffiti as an artform and as a culture and whether it can be considered as cultural heritage. The purpose of this study was to get a greater understanding of what graffiti is, both as an artform and as a culture. The method used in this study was both descriptive and explorative, describing the style of graffiti as an artform against the concepts of cultural heritage and cultural policy. The results of this study were that there are aspects of graffiti as an artform and culture that can be recognized as cultural heritage. The conclusion of this study is that some types of graffiti that are more likely to be considered a culture heritage than other types and that the line between art and vandalism can be very thin.
