Sammanfattning: The aim of this study was to evaluate athletics and employees in organizations based on projectstrategies attitude to a shared leadership. Our ambition was to see similarities and differences between the two groups. We used a qualitative approach based on semistructured interviews. The interview guide was designed after Multidimensional Model of Sport Leadership, which describes the complexity of leadership. We made twenty-four interviews; twelve with employees and twelve with athletics, the participants were represented with half men and half women. The result showed that the athletics, unlike the employees, are afraid that unsolved problems between the two leaders will influence the team and the performance negatively. The employees are instead asking for good communication from the leaders. Both groups talk about the risk they are feeling with shared leadership, they believe that the risk for dissimilar directions increases. The situation does effect the participant’s attitude to shared leadership. The athletes thinks that sheered leadership is to prefer in situations when fast decisions have to be taken and the employees think that a shared leadership takes longer time and make the decision process harder. Keywords: Shared leadership
