Lära, leda, lyfta: En kvalitativ studie kring grupprocesser i ensemblesalen
Sammanfattning: In the following study, two music teacher-students examine how groups and group processes work and what methods and tools can be used by ensemble teachers to influence these. The study takes an approach in four headings with associated subheadings whose purpose is to concretize the building blocks that make up what a group and its group processes are. The headings are groups, relationships and social identity, norms as well as leadership and communication. Initially, these are presented on the basis of what literature and research say, and then culminate in a qualitative interview study whose results and discussion follow the same pattern of heading. The results of the interviews provide insight into the experiences of active ensemble teachers and their perception of how different group processes tend to play out and how they work based on these. Finally, the results are discussed and compared with the research and literature from previous chapters.
