Förstår vi varandra rätt? : Mångfald i den interkulturella förskolan

Sammanfattning: This is an essay about the difficulties that can occur within the intercultural preschool, with how the parents background, willpower and whishes may not always be applicable to the preschool curriculum due to cultural differences. It is about how I as an educator can have intentions that collide with childrens and parents homeculture. There are different references in different cultures and we need to find ways to communicate regardless of any language difficulties that may be present. From a written dilemma I explore how different conditions can affect our communication skills to parents of foreign origin. Through my work I daily meet with different cultures and diversity which is the reason and idea behind this essay.
