La traducción de la terminología jurídica y financiera : Problemas y técnicas de traducción del español al sueco en la guía ”Cómo comprar una vivienda en España”

Sammanfattning: This study deals with translation difficulties arising when translating a legal and financial text from Spanish into Swedish. The aim of this study is to examine the semantic problems that are found in the translation of a specialized text, as well as the techniques that are used to solve them. This study is based on a qualitative analysis that proves that the identified difficulties are related to legal and financial terminology, specially those concepts that do not exist in dictionaries. This study also proves that several techniques defined by Amparo Hurtado Albir (2013) are used when translating legal and financial concepts.
