Värdeskapande av digitalt verksamhetsstöd inom LSS omsorg

Sammanfattning: The aim of this study is to try to measure this value created by Boet in terms of efficiency and well-being gains. This was done by first making a pilot study with four interviews to get a greater understanding of the product and its benefits and then use these insights to make a survey for all the care accommodations that have bought the product. It was found that the product Boet created value in both monetary terms such as increased efficiency but also as increased well being for the personnel by decreased perceived stress. The efficiency gains are estimated to be around 1,4 million SEK per year for a standard sized workplace. Due to the small sample size in the survey there is uncertainty on the gains on well being.
