Arter att öka användningen av i Malmös urbana miljöer : träd som klarar klimatförändringens utmaningar

Sammanfattning: The amount of impervious areas in Malmö continue to increase as the city expands. These urban areas are already difficult for trees, with their heat and drought, and they will be even more difficult with climate change. Therefore, we must use tree species that can cope with these challenges. To find these, a trip was made to Hilversum in the Netherlands where an inventory of city trees was carried out. A literature study to find more information about the species has also been made. With the result of the inventory and literature study, we have arrived at five tree species that can cope with the challenges and can be expanded in use in future Malmö.
