Framgångsfaktorer till arbete för personer med Aspergers syndrom : En litteraturstudie

Sammanfattning: Title: Success factors towards employability for people with Aspberger’s syndromeThis literature review aimed to outline methods and supportive actions considered to besuccessful in aiding unemployed people with Asperger's syndrome to acquire andmaintain an employment. Twelve articles were chosen through systematic literaturesearch with focus on inclusion- and exclusion criteria based on the purpose of the review.The results were divided into themes and analysed through general systems theory andempowerment. Results show that people with Asperger's syndrome are in need of; workrelated tasks matched with their ability, a workplace with an understanding of thediagnoses, an adapted work environment, specialized employment support and supportfrom family or other closely related important factors to be able to maintain anemployment over time. Results states the importance of understanding and knowledgeabout Asperger's syndrome for support personnel and employers in order for bettercommunication between them to ensure long lasting employments.
