Sammanfattning: In the political climate of 2019 in Sweden, school librarians became a controversial topic. The discussion regarded the absence of fully qualified librarians with a bachelor degree in Library- and Information Science in school libraries. The purpose of the study is to identify the qualifications and professions of those who dominates the workplace and organization today; school librarians lacking a bachelor degree in Library- and Information Science.
