Respondents point out that the important areas for promoting health are the social environment, unity, good communication with management, a supportive work environment, control over work, stimulating demands and clarity both in responsibility, roles and changes in the organization. Results show health promotion in general and which areas the respondents perceive need more resources and work. The unity among the respondents varied, but there was some wholeness that could determine certain areas that showed both opportunities and be liabilities for the employees. Respondents are satisfied with health promotion today in general terms but the biggest underlying reason that creates obstacles for employees is rooted in the organization's financial assets. In relationship with the economy, the respondents feel that much has changed about their work situations, which they do not feel completely aware of. In summary, the organization needs to focus on health promotion from an Empowerment point of view, strengthening work relationships through teambuilding, encourage development through education, provide more information during uncertain situations. Also offer counseling support and ultimately increase awareness among employees about their work environment.
