   Sammanfattning : The aim of this quantitative study was to statistically test empirical knowledge that supports the idea of the existence of restrictive rationing and inequality in the distribution of resources for social support by variables of age, gender, marital status and number of nursing hours in the home care system. The material was obtained from internal records from the municipality of Karlskrona which constituted a population study, with which we performed regression analyzes to test the effect of the variables age and nursing hours on the variables escorting hours and  hours for social activation.    Sammanfattning : This study investigates how outliers of different magnitude impact the robustness of the twosample t-test. A simulation study approach is used to analyze the behavior of type I error rates when outliers are added to generated data.
