    Sammanfattning : The present work is aimed at determining the conditions for which synthesis of coatings composed of solid solution TiBN is possible using cathodic arc evaporation, a member of the physical vapor deposition family of coating techniques. Such coatings are interesting from a machining point of view because they have previously been shown to exhibit excellent tribological properties at elevated temperatures. LÄS MER
