  2. 2. Karakterisering av en mikrosensorsnål för mätning av syrehalt och konduktivitet

    Uppsats för yrkesexamina på grundnivå, Uppsala universitet/Nanoteknologi och funktionella material

    Författare :Gustav Raittila; [2024]
    Nyckelord :Akupunkturnål; konduktivitetsmätning; medicintekniskprodukt; mikrosensor; syremätning;

    Sammanfattning : This report focuses on the characterization of an acupuncture needle microsensor, designed tomeasure the conductivity and oxygen saturation of tissues in the body, in particular musculartissues. The device is intended to help the practitioner localize and treat sources of chronicneuromuscular pain in patients. LÄS MER

  3. 3. Navigating the Risks of Dark Data : An Investigation into Personal Safety

    Magister-uppsats, Linnéuniversitetet/Institutionen för informatik (IK)

    Författare :Anshu Gautam; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Dark data; Hidden data; Big data; Unstructured data; Missing data; Privacy; Cybersecurity; Personal data; Data storage; Consumer protection;

    Sammanfattning : With the exponential proliferation of data, there has been a surge in data generation fromdiverse sources, including social media platforms, websites, mobile devices, and sensors.However, not all data is readily visible or accessible to the public, leading to the emergence ofthe concept known as "dark data. 4. 4. Towards a feedback system for upper body bodyweight exercises using multiple inertial measurement units : A user-centred approach

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Medicinteknik och hälsosystem

    Författare :Panagiota Papadopoulou; [2023]
    Nyckelord :IMU sensors; bodyweight training; machine learning; real-time feedback; push-ups; tricep dips; plank;

    Sammanfattning : This thesis explores the feasibility of developing an affordable and easy-to-use feed- back system that leverages information from multiple inertial measurement units (IMUs) to identify mistakes during upper body bodyweight training and provide real-time feedback to the user. To develop the system, a human-centered approach was used, which involved conducting semi-structured interviews with movement ex- perts and a workshop with targeted end-users to understand their needs. 5. 5. Wrist Angle Estimation Using Two Wearable Inertial Measurement Units

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Medicinteknik och hälsosystem

    Författare :Arvin Razavi; [2023]
    Nyckelord :IMU wrist angle estimation; Wrist absolute angle; IMU-based human motion capture; orientation filter; Complementary filter; Kalman filter; IMU handledsvinkeluppskattning; handleds absolutvinkel; IMU-baserad mänsklig rörelsefångst; orienteringsfilter; komplementfilter; Kalman-filter;

    Sammanfattning : Hand-intensive work is closely related to the prevalence of upper body and hand/wrist work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) in office work, manufacturing, service industries, as well as the healthcare industry. Some risk factors include vibrations, forceful exertions, heavy manual handling, repetitive motions, and prolonged nonneutral wrist postures. LÄS MER
