  1. 1. Structural analysis of HZO thin film and electrode using X-ray diffraction

    Kandidat-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Synkrotronljusfysik; Lunds universitet/Fysiska institutionen

    Författare :Elliot Winsnes; [2024]
    Nyckelord :HZO; hafnia; hafnium dioxide; zirconium dioxide; ferroelectricity; ferroelectric; synchrotron radiation; X-ray diffraction; Physics and Astronomy;

    Sammanfattning : Since its discovery in 2011, the ferroelectricity of thin films based on HfO2 has been studied intensively. In particular, thin films with a 1:1 ratio of HfO2 and ZrO2 (HZO) has been of great interest. The ferroelectricity arises from a non-centrosymmetric orthorhombic (o) phase of HZO whose prevalence is dependent on the processing conditions. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Pulse-width voltage modulation in the Python-based open-source simulator Motulator : A Realization of SVPWM, Harmonic analyzer and Over-modulation on Two and Three-level Inverters, and a Solution for Unbalanced Neutral Point Voltage on Three-level Inverters

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)

    Författare :Jiale Deng; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Three-level inverters; over-modulation techniques; space vector modulation; neutral-point voltage balancing; non-uniform Fourier transform; Trenivåväxelriktare; övermodulation; spacevektormodulering; balansering av nollpunktsspänning; olikformig Fouriertransform;

    Sammanfattning : Controlling the dynamic outputs of electrical machines has always been an essential topic in aerospace, automotive and other industries. Electrical machine control consists of several components, each of which can be controlled in various ways. Whereas the dynamic responses are mostly simulated using MATLAB/SIMULINK, Prof. LÄS MER

  3. 3. MANGO - Generating 2D-Magnetic Field Maps From Normal-Conducting Magnets Of Experimental Areas

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Fysik

    Författare :Ambre Visive; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Applied Physics; Particle Physics; MANGO; Magnetic Field Maps; Normal-Conducting Magnets; Finite-Element Modelling; Opera-2D; Git Repository; Python Package; Beam Lines; Experimental Areas; CERN; Tillämpad Fysik; Partikelfysik; MANGO; Magnetfältskartor; Normalkonduktiva Elektromagneter; Finit Elementmodellering; Opera-2D; Git Repository; Python Package; Partikelstrållinje; Experimentområden; CERN;

    Sammanfattning : This thesis discusses the development of MANGO, a tool created to model normal-conducting magnets which were installed in the 1970s in the experimental areas at CERN, and store their analysis. MANGO formulates an answer to two problems faced by the physicists of the Beam Department when they model a beam line: first, how to produce new magnetic field maps and, second, how to easily access existing ones? It contains a multi-use package that offers an automated process to produce magnetic field maps from finite-element models of magnets. LÄS MER

    Magister-uppsats, Högskolan i Halmstad/Akademin för informationsteknologi

    Författare :Philip Persson; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Digital Forensics; Snapchat; BeReal; Social media forensics;

    Sammanfattning : Snapchat and BeReal are popular social media platforms focused on photo sharing and instant messaging. A tool often used in police investigations is the analysis of communication, this includes different electronic devices and smartphone devices. LÄS MER

  5. 5. Combustibility study of resin for warm magnet coils used at CERN

    Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Avdelningen för Brandteknik

    Författare :Juan Carlos Lopez Santiago; [2023]
