Sammanfattning: WHO estimates that around 16 % of the world's population live with some kind of disability (WHO, 2023). In Sweden there are not any exact numbers, however it is estimated that between 10-30% has a disability (MFD, 2022). Living with a disability often affect other parts of life. People with disabilities often (PWD) experience a worse quality of life, have a higher risk of experience a vulnerable economic situation and have a worse physical health (FHM, 2023). Even though there is a strong correlation between physical activity and better physical and mental health for PWD (Darcy och Dowse, 2013, s. 403), PWD tends to be less physical active than other groups (Pihlblad, 2017). Therefore, the purpose of this study is to gain a clearer understanding of the term inclusion from the perspective of coaches and club representatives within Swedish parafloorball but also how they work with inclusion within clubs that conduct parafloorball. The method for this study has been 6 semi-structured interviews with both coaches and other representatives from 5 different teams. The study shows that there is a discrepancy in how the term inclusion is viewed and 3 different interpretations were identified. These were, inclusion in the form of recruiting more, inclusion within the team and inclusion within the club. These different interpretations laid ground for the thematic analysis where these three ways of working towards inclusion were presented in a framework modified from Legg et al. (2022, s. 18).  Keywords: Inclusion, PwD, parafloorball, semi-structured interviews, Circular Model of  Global Barriers to Participation in Sport and Recreation for Person with Disability
