    Sammanfattning : The use of molecular chaperones can increase the yield of correctly folded proteins. This is especially needed in the expression of proteins non-native to the host organism. This study set out to investigate the function of the chaperone GroES; a component in the GroE-system. The function of this chaperone has only been studied alone in vitro. LÄS MER

  4. 34. Adapting the bundle of capillary tubes model (BCTM) for vertical soil solute transport modelling

    Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Miljövetenskaplig utbildning

    Författare :Martin Larsson; [2019]
    Nyckelord :soil solute vertical transport modelling vadose; Earth and Environmental Sciences;

    Sammanfattning : This study explores an approach for adapting the bundle of capillary tubes soil model for vertical soil solute transport modelling. The soil is split into thin layers allowing vertical water flow between capillaries of differing width with concomitant advective flow of solutes. Diffusion is included to improve realism. LÄS MER
