The compensation method involves rectifying the detected features, and the evaluation was conducted on the "Rolling-Shutter Visual-Inertial Odometry Dataset" from TUM, which comprises of ten sequences recorded with side-by-side synchronized global and rolling shutter cameras in a single room.
