   Sammanfattning : Syftet med föreliggande studie är att undersöka de direkta och indirektainteraktionseffekterna mellan upplevt motivationsklimat (uppgifts och prestation),målorienteringar (uppgifts och ego), upplevd kompetens och intention till avhopp bland tjejerinom ungdomsfotbollen.
