Med fokus på svenskar som arbetar i olika länder utgår studien från dessa två forskningsfrågor: Hur beskriver svenskar sina erfarenheter av att etablera sig på en arbetsplats utomlands? Vilka möjligheter och utmaningar identifierar svenskar i dessa sociala lärande- och anpassningsprocesser?
