Sammanfattning: By working as an intern with the Quotation Officer of Sabena Technics Nîmes facility,an aircraft maintenance company, this degree project highlights the different factors totake into account in a quotation of civil planes (B737/B767/A320/A330) by analysingwork packages from airline company, applying a process to estimate the importantdata as the man hours or tools, and using my technical knowledge to understandmaintenance tasks. Management knowledge for commercial sale reviews was usefulas well, this job is in the middle of the commercial team and and the technicalteam. Finally, a critical opinion of the process has been made in order to propose animprovement of the next quotations.
