   Sammanfattning : The purpose of this thesis is to examine the relation between information culture and document management in a Swedish corporate law firm. The thesis is based on a qualitative case-study method, where interviews, observation and documents are used as a method to collect data and to gain a deeper understanding of respondent’s values, norms and behaviours towards information management.    Sammanfattning : The purpose of this thesis is to examine the identity, competences and professional development of corporate librarians. I have done an empirical study based on semi structured interviews with 11 information professionals who were working at Astra Zeneca at the time of the re-organizations of the company in 2009 which ultimately led to the closing of the libraries.
