    Sammanfattning : The aim of this thesis is to gain knowledge about how systematic fire prevention work in restaurants in Sweden and to gain knowledge of risks in restaurants and nightclub environments. The aim is also to gather some solutions of how to improve the knowledge of fire safety and systematic fire prevention work if needed in restaurants, and which type of companies that needs these solutions.
