    Sammanfattning : The project has investigated the possibility of streamlining one of Ålö’s warehouse and order picking departments, through a proposal that includes full automation of the department. The work was divided into two parts that first constructed the new layout and then created different sortings of the order picking process that can benefit the efficiency of order picking based on various parameters.
