    Sammanfattning : In August 2022, the CJEU confirmed the existence of indirectly sensitive personal data, leaving critical questions unanswered. While certain data may unequivocally and indirectly disclose sensitive information, a vast amount of data can be used to indirectly deduce such sensitive data only through mere indication. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : This paper examines how to translate the historical memory of Chambon-sur-Lignon in France, by analyzing the translation procedures used to transfer proper nouns (personal names, place names, names of organizations) and cultural references (historical, theological) from French to Swedish, on a scale between the strategies foreignization and domestication.
