Sammanfattning: Today, the construction sector has fairly traditional working methods where many differentwork routines are performed in an old-fashioned manner in comparison with other sectorswhere technology has gained momentum. In order to be able to revolutionize the constructionsector, some steps need to be taken to keep up with the rapidly growing digitalization andadapt the digitally compatible industry to the standards and requirements that exist. 3Dtechnology has very high potential to take the industry to the next step. The idea of thisproject is to study the conditions that exist within 3D technology, especially in 3D printing ofconcrete bridge columns where the formwork is printed with a 3D printer and then filled withself-compacting concrete (SCC). The idea was to take samples to check the compressivestrength and adhesion between the concrete types and analyze the best way to manufacturewith this new technology. In this project we have managed to print 3 columns with a height of2.43 meters, then it was filled with SCC.The results obtained have shown that the columns have survived the casting of SCC C25/30and the pressure it has brought on the form, which is a good indication that it is possible tomanufacture bridge columns with the new method and the potential is great. With smalladjustments to the 3D printer and the material used for printing, good results can be obtained, however, more detailed studies and research in the field are required.
