Sammanfattning: In 1937, Saab was founded to restore military aircraft to Sweden, where the product portfolio wasfurther developed with services and solutions for military defense and civil security. Today, theirservices are offered to the global market with a world-leading range of new technology that followsits customer needs. This study collaborates with Saab Group in Halmstad, which has formulated agoal that has been consolidated through the development of a new organization illustrating sustainableproduct leadership in PA Lpl ISLLv. The study embraces the production of a new organization,considering customer involvement, requirements management, work motivation and knowledgetransfer that is available and work process for maintenance of a military air defense system.At this point, a line organization for product leadership is applied. For the purpose of this study,alternative organizational forms and working methods for maintenance are discussed according tosuitability in the case study organization. The chosen organizational structure is streamlined foroptimal job satisfaction and increased long-term productivity, on which the implementation of resultrich working methods is the basis. Unstructured interviews have been arranged with the authors'documents from the case study organization. On these occasions, free discussions are first led by theauthors. In order to increase the study's reliability, a qualitative research study with selected staff isapplied, which is considered as a reliable method for data collection to generate varied perspectives onissues in the study. The initial purpose of the interviews was an understanding of the air defensesystem, existing working methods and its organizational relations. The authors used a systematicliterature study to assimilate relevant research concerning the focus area along with the study.In the study's organizational analysis, the results are supported by dialogues conducted with the casestudy organization, where development areas have been designated for optimization. Along with theresearch, the theory presented is coordinated with results from the study's qualitative investigation.When a collected theoretical basis is presented, its relevance is reinforced by the respondents'information. Finally, the study of recommendations is interwoven with methods for implementingthese in activities.
