6. Evaluation of Commercial Radar Sensors for Proximity Fuze Applications
Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå, Umeå universitet/Institutionen för fysikSammanfattning : Radar sensors has been known for their usage in military applications but during the last decade commercial radar sensors have been implemented for usage in for example advanced driver-assistance system. One common implementation for advanced driver-assistance system is the adaptive cruise control technology implemented in vehicles to help it adapt the velocity based on the distance to a detected vehicle in front. 7. Dynamic Speed Adaptation for Curves using Machine Learning
Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)Sammanfattning : The vehicles of tomorrow will be more sophisticated, intelligent and safe than the vehicles of today. The future is leaning towards fully autonomous vehicles. LÄS MER
8. Fuel optimizing cruise controller with driveability
Master-uppsats, KTH/Optimeringslära och systemteoriSammanfattning : This thesis work is based on a dynamic programming solution of a fuel optimizing cruise controller that was developed at Scania CV AB last year. Known data of the road ahead, mainly the slope, is used to continuously calculate the optimal torque and gear choices of a given moving vehicle for a certain horizon. LÄS MER
9. Electrical skateboard with cruise control : Comparing energy consumption with and without cruise control
Kandidat-uppsats, KTH/Maskinkonstruktion (Inst.)Sammanfattning : The use of electric skateboards as small transport vehicleshas gained in popularity during the latest years, and thereare numerous manufacturers on the market. This report will go through the building of an electricskateboard and implementation of a cruise control. 10. An embedded model predictive controller for optimal truck driving
Master-uppsats, KTH/ReglerteknikSammanfattning : An embedded model predictive controller for velocity control of trucks is developed and tested. By using a simple model of a heavy duty vehicle and knowledge about the slope of the road ahead, the fuel consumption while traveling near a set speed is diminished by almost 1% on an example road compared to a rule based speed control system.
