    Sammanfattning : Syftet med föreliggande studie var att empiriskt undersöka en teoretisk modell för samband mellan mindfulness och psykologiska färdigheter hos idrottare (Birrer, Röthlin & Morgan 2012) genom att (1) undersöka samband mellan mindfulness och sex påverkansmekanismer samt (2) samband mellan fem aspekter av mindfulness och dessa påverkansmekanismer.
