    Sammanfattning : The purpose of this study was to investigate how food safety measures have developed over the last two decades; how the resent 2020 pandemic affected food safety- and control; how effective the current methods are; and what potential new methods might exist in the coming decade. This study was executed as a combined literary study, where current scientific studies and reports where analysed, and a survey with relevant questions, that was sent to various individuals with work experience in food safety- and control, was conducted.     Sammanfattning : This study’s purpose was to try and study whether Carbon Dioxide in indoor environments (schools and offices) affect performance and health in students and office workers in terms of mental effects and Sick Building Syndrome. This study was executed as a literary study where eight different scientific articles were analysed and compared to see if their results are comparable with each other and show a significant connection between mental performance and Sick Building Syndrome (Health related symptoms that arise in faulty indoor environments and can give symptoms such as eye irritation, upper respiratory symptoms, headaches, etc. LÄS MER
