Systematiskt kvalitetsarbete i förskolan : Dokumentation-och informationsverktyget - Pluttra

Sammanfattning: This is a Degree of Master essay in the Degree of Master Programme in Education Leadership and school development at Karlstad’s university. The essay is directed towards school administrators and educators who are interested in systematic quality work and pedagogical documentation in Preschool.  The survey was sent to 250 educators, which have been selected by a total sample of all the Preschool educators in the municipality. The purpose of the thesis is to investigate the proportion of active educators that uses the educational documentation tool Pluttra in the systematically quality work and how the educators look on Pluttra as a documentation tool. Pluttra is used only in preschools.  Based on a survey I strive to get a picture of to what extent the respondents consider the educational documentation tool Pluttra to del with the systematic quality work. Previous research and results of the survey makes interesting basis to be able to work towards creating better conditions to increase the educators documentation in Pluttra in the systematic quality work. The survey shows there are differences in the use of Pluttra in relation to the level of education of participants. Educators consider that there is more time allocated to systematic quality work than time for Pluttra documentation tool. The tool is perceived positively, but only a few educators in each unit recieved training in the tool and there is no enough time allocated for using the tool.   Keywords: Systematic quality work, preschool, Pluttra, pedagogical documentation teachers
