Fastigheternas planbestämmelser relaterar till användning inom industri och lever idag inte upp till aktuella behov från fastighetsägare och verksamheter, som via det tidsbegränsade lovet kunnat ändra användningen vilket skildrar ett flexibilitet tillvägagångssätt.
