Underlättar, engagerar och ökar effektiviteten med samverkan såsom Skolverket (2009) påstår eller upplevs direktivet som ett hinder? För att nå en djupare förståelse av fenomenet samverkan har kvalitativa fokusgrupper genomförts med socialtjänstens socionomer, skolkuratorer, specialpedagoger och lärare. LÄS MER
