16. Krossbergskvalitet och petrografi i den kambriska Hardebergasandstenen i Skåne
Magister-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Geologiska institutionenSammanfattning : The Lower Cambrian Hardeberga Sandstone Formation of Scania, southern Sweden, consists of a basal arkosic sandstone unit, overlain by three vertically stacked, shallowing-upward sequences. These three sequences consist predominantly of light grey or whitish, quartz-arenitic sandstones deposited in shallow marine environments. LÄS MER
17. Early to early Middle Ordovician conodont biostratigraphy of the Tamsalu drill core, central Estonia
Magister-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Geologiska institutionenSammanfattning : This investigation examines the distribution of conodont elements in the Early to early Middle Ordovician Latorpian, Volkhovian, Kundan and Aserian stages of the Tamsalu drill core in central Estonia. Slightly more than 24, 600 conodont elements from 17 samples were examined, and the biostratigraphic results were compared to previous works on conodont biostratigraphy from localities in Estonia, Russia and Öland, Sweden. 18.
Magister-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Geologiska institutionenSammanfattning : The Lower Cambrian of Scandinavia consists mainly of light-coloured marine sandstones, with thicknesses reaching approximately 120 m in Skåne (Scania). Two drill cores from the Skrylle Quarry of west-central Skåne were investigated and documented with respect to their petrographic properties, mineral contents, and diagenetic history. LÄS MER
20. Diagenetic and petrophysical properties of deeply versus moderately buried Cambrian sandstones of the Caledonian foreland, southern Sweden
Magister-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Geologiska institutionenSammanfattning : The Lower Cambrian strata of the Caledonian foreland of southern Sweden consist mainly of quartzitic sandstones with thicknesses of approximately 35 meters in Västergötland and 120 meters in Skåne. In the distal, moderately buried western members of the File Haidar Formation of Västergötand porosity and permeability was higher than in the proximal deeply buried units of the Hardeberga Formation of Skåne.
